What is Our Return/Refund Policy?

  • It requires 14-days to return after delivery (excluding all shipping costs). There will be no refund after 14 days.
  • Store credit or exchanges are available within 30 days after delivery.
  • A full refund is applicable for regular purchases (excluding any shipping costs).
  • Any features such as “Make an offer” or “Price match” is only for online store credit.
  • If the item is returned, it should be in the same condition as you received. Eyemaze is not liable for a refund if the item is missing or damaged due to packing negligence or repacking by the customer.
  • -A 5% restocking fee is applicable for the following only:
  • Package including Wrong Address, Denied shipment, Unable to forward.
  • Not applicable for regular returns.
  • Refund will not be issued without an RMA#
  • Prescription Lenses are non-refundable. The refund is only applicable to the frames. Similarly, if the lenses are made, but not shipped yet, we cannot refund the cost of lenses.
  • You will be notified through email after the approval of the refund. Once your parcel returns, it will be further investigated for any damages or missing items. Then, after approval, your refund will be processed and you can receive it within the seven days of business through your chosen method.
  • Provide the pre-refund information by taking several photos proving that the item is not damaged. In case of any damages, the restocking fee will be 50% from the MSRP of the frame.
  • Provide the proof of purchase by including receipt or order#.

International Shipping

  • We take no responsibility for any lost or stolen Mail for international orders.
  • Any shipments outside the USA will incur customs fees according to the destination of the country.
  • The only customer is responsible to ensure complying with the laws and regulations.
  • Some countries may request for the documentation before items are sent. Remember, your shipment can be rejected or delayed if the necessary information is not provided.
  • In case of order rejection by the customer for international orders, the refund will be approved excluding the shipping amount.
